This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring that all leased properties, as well as the team, are managed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with the company's operational and business goals.Description du posteProperty & Space ManagementOversee the management and optimization of leased properties throughout SwitzerlandLead initiatives related to space planning, design improvements, and site expansionCoordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors on workplace construction and refurbishment projectsSupport negotiations for leases, renewals, acquisitions, and disposalsMaintain up-to-date documentation of facilities layouts, occupancy, and assetsVendor & Contract ManagementDevelop and manage service contracts for building operationsOversee vendor performance across cleaning, security, and specialist servicesEnsure adherence to service-level agreements and compliance standardsConduct vendor reviews and initiate RFP processes where requiredFacilities Operations & ComplianceEnsure the smooth day-to-day operation of all sites, including maintenance and workplace safetyManage emergency repairs and lead office improvement projectsGuarantee compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsCoordinate safety drills, audits, and emergency response plansFinancial ManagementCreate and manage budgets related to maintenance, renovations, and external servicesMonitor and analyze utility usage for cost optimization and sustainability initiativesProfil recherchéBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldMinimum 15 years' experience in facilities and real estate managementDemonstrated expertise in lease negotiation, contract management, and property operationsStrong knowledge of building systems, workplace safety standards, and maintenance best practicesProficient in facility management tools (e.g., AutoCAD) and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsLeadership experience managing internal teams and external partnersProven ability to work with senior leadership to drive efficiency and excellenceFluency in English and German is essentialInformations complémentairesDo you bring the required experience, working in an international corporate setting, and are interested in finding out more about this role?
