About Our Client

Our client is a trading company based in Geneva center.

Job Description



  • Office Management:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the CEO's office, ensuring a professional and organized environment.
    • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications, with a high level of confidentiality.


  • Professional Support:
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
    • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events.
    • Assist in the organization and execution of company events and conferences.


  • Personal Assistance:
    • Manage personal tasks for the CEO, including household management, personal errands, and family logistics.
    • Coordinate personal travel arrangements and ensure all personal matters are addressed efficiently.


  • Project Coordination:
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
    • Conduct research and provide insights on various topics to support the CEO's decision-making process.



The Successful Applicant



  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives.
    • Experience in a fast-paced trading or financial services environment is highly desirable.


  • Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.


  • Attributes:
    • High level of professionalism and commitment.
    • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Flexibility to manage both professional and personal tasks for the CEO.
