Ensure seamless transitions between engagements and proactive resolution of travel disruptions.Prepare daily schedules, briefing packs, and background materials to ensure the CEO is fully informed and prepared for each engagement.Organise and support executive-level meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and follow-up tracking.Draft and review confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports.
