About Our Client

I'm recruiting for a Senior Accountant position on a permanent basis in the Lausanne area. The role is for an international company with global subsidiaries, offering a dynamic and structured environment focused on high standards in financial reporting and compliance.

Job Description



  • Oversee general ledger and financial closings for both Swiss and international entities, ensuring accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and timely preparation of financial statements in line with IFRS and local GAAP.


  • Manage intercompany transactions and indirect tax processes, including VAT and withholding tax reviews, reconciliations, and coordination with external accounting partners to ensure compliance and accuracy.


  • Support internal controls and ERP data governance, contributing to audit readiness, maintaining finance master data in the ERP system (D365), and ensuring adherence to internal policies and SOX-related procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with strong knowledge of statutory reporting (Swiss & French), IFRS, and ERP tools (D365 is a plus).
  • Fluent in English (C1) and comfortable in French (B1-B2); able to read and understand documents.
  • Brings agility, attention to detail, technical curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
