The Sales & Fundraising Associate will play a key role in strengthening the firm's commercial footprint, expanding investor relationships, and supporting fundraising efforts across all strategies (hedge funds, private debt, venture capital).This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, commercial drive, and a strong interest in alternative investments.

Job Description

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, target, and engage prospective investors including family offices, wealth managers, institutional investors, and UHNWIs.
  • Support the development of a structured sales pipeline, including lead qualification and follow‑up processes.
  • Present the firm's investment strategies in a clear, compelling way to sophisticated investors.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.



Fundraising Support

  • Contribute to fundraising campaigns for alternative investment products (hedge funds, private debt, venture capital).
  • Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, due diligence documents, and investor reporting packages.
  • Assist in responding to investor RFPs/DDQs and coordinate with investment and operations teams.



Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing contact with existing investors and prospects.
  • Track investor interactions using CRM tools and provide regular internal updates.
  • Support onboarding processes in coordination with compliance and operations teams.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, investor relations, fundraising, or client‑facing roles within asset management, private markets, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding or keen interest in alternative investments (hedge funds, private debt, venture capital).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex investment strategies to sophisticated investors.
  • Commercial mindset with strong networking skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Fluent in English & French is a strong advantage. Another language (or more) is a strong asset.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
