We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Activation Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, with a particular focus on initiatives related to clienteling tools, satisfaction measurement, and performance reports. You will work closely with internal teams (our markets) and external stakeholders.

  • Technical skills: Understanding of Salesforce models, flow management, performance & adoption analysis
  • Tools: Salesforce (MANDATORY), Ticketing (JIRA), bug management, tool implementation & optimization



🔹 Main Responsibilities:

  • Clienteling & Performance: Analyze clienteling actions & performance, track insights, and provide recommendations
  • Project Management: Conduct tests, create documentation & technical briefs for in-store action implementation
  • Optimization & Satisfaction: Maintain existing flows, propose improvements (e.g., new surveys)

The Successful Applicant

  • Retail Experience
  • Salesforce (MANDATORY)
  • Experience in Clienteling and Satisfaction Projects
  • Project Management Skills and Analytical Thinking
  • Business Oriented
  • Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a Plus
  • Experience with Dashboarding
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies and Tools
