  • You manage a designated geographical area and promote the entire product range effectively.
  • You engage in lobbying and explore business opportunities to expand the market presence.
  • You create and present compelling offers to potential clients while visit them.
  • You handle order acceptance and track progress to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • You conduct monthly forecasts to facilitate better planning for upcoming months.
  • You develop corrective action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • You work on the development of revenue and margins for designated key accounts.
  • You create action plans to ensure the loyalty of key customers through targeted efforts.
  • You actively participate in team meetings, contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere.
  • You lead by example in managing your business and providing constructive feedback

Profil recherché

  • You have at least 3 years' technical sales experience.
  • You have familiarity with the UPS market, which would be a significant advantage in this role.
  • You have solid technical and commercial knowledge, ensuring you can navigate both aspects of the sales process effectively.
  • You possess a persuasive demeanor and the ability to win people over with your charisma and communication skills.
  • You are a self-starter with organizational talent, able to manage your responsibilities independently.
  • You have an analytical mind, are a driving force behind initiatives and are highly goal-oriented.
  • You excel in communication, acting in a performance-oriented and customer-focused manner.
  • You have good written and oral communication skills in (Swiss) German (C2) and English (B2).
  • You are ready and willing to travel within Switzerland to meet clients and support sales activities.
