Job Description

Reporting to the country manager your main missions will be to :

  • Be in charge of all commercial and marketing activities for the Swiss Market
  • Be accountable for the turnover, margins and volumes sold and customer satisfaction
  • Develop the sales channels and maximize performance of the dealers
  • Strengthen brand awareness and products positioning among dealer's network providing relevant marcom action plan
  • Create and deliver performance reports for both internal and external use
  • Build up a deep market understanding
  • Manage team of 3 people

The Successful Applicant

  • You have C1 Level in German or Swiss-German, English B2, French B2 and Italian a plus
  • You have a proven track record developing high performance results in indirect sales network
  • You are an inspiring leader, able to federate and lead by example
  • You have already been in charge of managing marketing budget
  • You have solid analytical skills and are able to define a successful sales and marketing strategy
  • You are autonomous and known for your positive mindset
