The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of experience in development
  • Strong communication skills with business teams and clients
  • Proficiency in C++
  • Rust experience is a big plus - C++ developers open to learning Rust are very welcome
  • Interest in learning and improving trading algorithms
  • Fluent in English - German & French - a plus
  • Passion for writing clean, reliable, and scalable code
  • Hands-on, flexible attitude with a true start-up spirit
