Job Description

  • Prepare investment strategies and portfolio architecture documentation using proprietary wealth systems.
  • Coordinate investment proposals, manager selection processes and implementation follow-up.
  • Prepare and follow up on investment committee meetings (agenda, materials, minutes).
  • Support client meetings and participate in advisory discussions.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional strategic projects.
  • Contribute to client acquisition efforts alongside senior consultants.
  • Develop your own client relationships with structured coaching and mentoring.

The Successful Applicant

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative.
  • Strong interest in client-focused wealth advisory (not product sales-driven).
  • Well organised, autonomous and disciplined in time management.
  • Comfortable combining analytical preparation with direct client interaction.
  • Solid educational background (university degree, higher professional education or equivalent).
  • Motivated by flexible working structures (part-time possible from 40%).
