Job Description

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients.
  • Maintain long-term trusted relationships with clients.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the existing client relationships.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and strategic discussions with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists (investment advisory, lending, wealth planning, tax and estate structuring).
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records in accordance with compliance standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland.
  • Proficiency French and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A results-driven attitude and ability to identify growth opportunities.
