Job Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and profitability;
  • Build strong relationships by understanding client's goals and offering customised solutions;
  • Promote and cross-sell a range of banking products;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and meet client expectations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking in a similar role;
  • Fluency in English + either Portuguese or Russian mandatory;
  • CWMA;
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
