We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a talented Records and Archive Specialist (m/f/d) with our client located in Zurich-City. This project offers a duration of 6 to 12 months and is confidential for now.

Depending on the performance, motivation, and attitude of the candidate there will be a high possibility for an extension or a permanent take over.

Stellenbeschreibung

In this position the ideal candidate will be responsible for electronical records management, office collaboration tools and electronic document management systems, able to work with confidential data by carrying out the following task areas:

  • Supports the team in the liaison with the IT support services on topics related to the tools and systems used in records and archives.
  • Engages and collaborates with business units to identify and understands their records management needs, to document the business functions and to design and deliver customized solutions.
  • Supports the analysis of records retention and disposal schedules to preserving the institutional memory of our client and to ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Ensures data security and compliance with regulations, and maintains data documentation.

Anforderungsprofil

In order to be considered for the role, the selected candidate must have:

  • Successfully completed academic degree or a commercial apprenticeship plus further education
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer services, data entry or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Experienced in working with restricted and confidential information within regulated environments
  • Experienced in working with virtual communities from different cultural backgrounds and within a dynamic and face-paced environment
  • Proficient user in Documentum, SharePoint, and EDRMS/ ECM; software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business users to gather, and assess their information needs to provide innovative and user centric records management and informational retrieval solutions
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
