About Our Client
Our client, a prestigious international company, is looking for a Receptionist & Customer service representative.
Reporting to the Director of Customer service, your main tasks will be :
- Welcome and inform clients,
- Organize and schedule meetings,
- Invoice all sales and cash collection,
- Coordinate events with the help of marketing & sales teams,
- Register sales order,
- Update budgets.

The Successful Applicant
English bilingual or native required, good french skills.
Knowledge of another language (Italian, Spanish...) is a must.
At least 2 years of experience as sales associate, retail operations or customer service representative in fashion / luxury industries.
