This role involves driving continuous improvement, promoting a strong safety culture, and performing quality assurance and internal audits in the aerospace and air traffic control sectors.

Job Description

  • Maintain and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 standards.
  • Support the implementation of compliance measures for current and emerging EASA regulatory standards in the Air Traffic Control industry.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Promote a safety-first culture by coaching, training, and reinforcing internal quality and safety processes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards through comprehensive Quality Assurance practices.
  • Conduct internal audits in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Engineering degree with expertise in Integrated Management Systems.
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 (ISO 27001 is a plus), particularly within software development organizations.
  • Familiarity with EASA certification processes in the aerospace industry.
  • Experience with software development processes in safety-critical environments.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex systems, demonstrating adaptability, autonomy, and rigor.
  • Industry experience in Aerospace and/or Air Traffic Control is required.
  • Familiarity with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, and DO-254 is highly advantageous.
  • Resilient under pressure, with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss and EU citizens)
