About Our Client
Our client is an international organisation.
Work hands in hands with the Program and Grants Manager to explore past engagement with the private sector and future new entry points of engagement.
Align a common strategy with the Program and Grants Manager to refine the objectives and key milestones to achieve.
Map exhaustively entry point for new engagement in the Private Sector and build a capacity plan by
selecting and including most relevant indicators, tracking and reporting on progress.
Promote the vision, mission and goals of the organisation.
Develop and maintain a network and a strong database of private sector partners.
Organise and animate meetings between key potential or current partners and the Program and Grants Manager.
Be the main focal point for developing proposals and initiatives designed to build private sector mobilisation into a programmatic business line for the organisation.
Support and manage the development, structuring and delivery of private sector partnerships and
projects that draw on the comparative strengths and resources of public and private actors.
The Successful Applicant
- Essential: A Master's degree in business administration, law, public policy, international development, or within the field of social sciences is required
- Desirable: A project management certification
A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible professional experience in the public or private sector with a focus on building public-private sector partnerships in terms of multisectoral and complex programs.
Experience in implementing programs related to private sector development, trade, workforce development, and/or private sector partnerships (i.e., in fields such as health, education, tourism and economic development).
Great track record on project management including planning and coordination, especially implying multiples partners
