About Our Client

Our client is a design agency.

Job Description

  • Lead the successful execution of projects in shopfitting and display production.
  • Develop packaging for various products such as watches, jewelry, and eyewear using diverse materials like wood, injection molding, cardboard paper, leatherette, and fabric.
  • Act as the primary liaison between sales managers, design development, external production partners, and in-house production.
  • Ensure adherence to budgets, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team while independently managing projects.
  • Perform administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Drive the enhancement of the supply chain, aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Engage in direct communication with suppliers and customers.
  • Occasional travel required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial or technical background with project management knowledge.
  • Experience or familiarity with purchasing processes is preferred.
  • Practical carpentry background is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in shopfitting, display industry, or working with materials like wood, plastic, or cardboard is beneficial.
  • Independence, assertiveness, and stress resistance are essential traits.
  • Hands-on mentality and an efficiency-focused mindset are required.
  • Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and individuals from diverse cultures.
  • Proficiency in business software such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Abacus, is advantageous.
