Job Description

  • Project Management: Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project work plans, assign responsibilities across workstreams, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support project leadership in defining scope and objectives, addressing the needs of diverse stakeholders. Maintain clear communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare for and facilitate project working group meetings, including drafting agendas, creating presentation materials, taking detailed notes, and disseminating actionable follow-ups.
  • Change Management: Lead efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and manage project risks, maintaining action trackers to address potential challenges proactively.
  • Documentation: Develop comprehensive business requirement documentation (BRD) to align technical and business needs and ensure project alignment.
  • User Testing: Plan and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) for new platforms, dashboards, and tools to ensure functionality meets user requirements.
  • Status Reporting: Compile and present project status updates during team meetings and monthly reporting cycles.
  • Digital Workspace Management: Establish and maintain an organized digital repository for all project documentation, ensuring accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Communication: Create and deliver communication materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged at every stage of the project.



This role requires a proactive and organized individual capable of bridging technical and business teams while managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.

The Successful Applicant

Technical Qualification Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Advanced degree in public health, business administration, international development, or a related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMI, Scaled Agile, APMG, Axelos) is an advantage.



Professional Experience:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in public health, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), data, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
  • Proven success in managing and delivering complex technical projects, especially in data analytics.
  • Experience working with financial data or developing grant management systems in an international setting is desirable.
  • Familiarity with defining indicators, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights to support performance management and decision-making is a plus.



Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in developing business requirement documentation (BRD) and ensuring alignment of business and technical needs across teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and delivering results on schedule.
  • Excellent facilitation and coordination abilities, including preparing and leading meetings and driving collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
