About Our Client
Our client is an international organisation.
Job Description
Prepare and run training/change management sessions with stakeholders to educate them on the new programmes
Test, pilot and launch new rating dashboards
Create and develop content for change management sessions
Pilot the sessions to explain the new rating methodology
Impact the decision process including data analysis and methodology
Effective and impactful business intelligence reports and dashboards available based on high quality data translated into insights
Manage the stakeholder satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
- At 10 years University degree in Social Sciences, sciences, Statistics, Economics, Information Technology, Public Policy, Public Health, or other relevant fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tool (excel, powerpoint, word) and Tableau a plus.
- 8 years experience with project management from design to delivery

Excellent English skills
- Modeling: ability to develop rigorous, yet user-friendly models for analytics in Excel or other programs;
