Our client is a leading organisation whose technical department oversees the engineering, operation and modernisation of advanced building systems. They manage architectural, operational and sustainability‑driven projects across complex, multidisciplinary environments that integrate cutting‑edge technologies and high‑performance infrastructure.

Job Description

  • Develop preliminary and detailed project studies (SIA 21-33) for sanitary and medical fluid systems within healthcare infrastructure.
  • Produce technical documents, plans, schedules and budgets using CAD/BIM tools for compliance and approval processes.
  • Conduct technical analyses and collaborate with architects, internal engineering units and workshop managers to design safe, cost‑efficient installations.
  • Lead and monitor technical project execution (SIA 41-53), including planning, cost control, coordination, tendering and contractor selection.
  • Prepare execution drawings and detailed design documents aligned with quality requirements and project phases.
  • Oversee commissioning, acceptance procedures, warranty follow‑up and close‑out activities.
  • Manage on‑site activities ensuring deadlines, quality, safety and regulatory standards are met.
  • Apply construction regulations and internal procedures relevant to healthcare infrastructure.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including BIM integration and process optimization.
  • Work within a Quality Management System and stay updated on technical developments.



The Successful Applicant

  • Technician degree in Sanitary Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience as sanitary technician or project designer; technical drafting experience considered a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of construction norms (SIA), directives and requirements relevant to healthcare infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Revit (required), with Autocad and Office tools being assets.
  • Strong project management abilities with autonomy on medium‑scale technical projects.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to propose system improvements and energy‑efficient solutions.
  • Ability to work within quality‑controlled environments and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • French level B2 minimum mandatory.
  • Availability for occasional off‑schedule interventions (e.g., network shutdowns).
