We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage the quality checks of documents for our client compliance's department. The ideal candidate should possess a keen interest in detailed documentation and the ability to engage effectively with subject matter experts to collect and disseminate information.3 months mission to start ASAP in January.

Job Description

  • Coordinate the lifecycle of security policies, standards, and other documentation, including their formal adoption, interpretation, amendments, and updates.
  • Ensure the governance, tools, and processes surrounding the documentation of security policies, rules, standards, and knowledge content database are maintained and up to date.
  • Implement a common language for security-related documentation to facilitate alignment and standardization.
  • Animate the security community through forums, events, and leveraging consolidated knowledge.
  • Coordinate and execute the release cycle for new content in the knowledge management digital solution, in both English and French.
  • Provide functional end-user support and liaise with service providers to address any issues or bugs.
  • Lead and contribute to improvement and evolution projects.
  • Onboard users and assessors as required.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of documentation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status, issues, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs related to documentation processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in English and good command of French (at least writing).
  • Strong interest in deep diving into detailed documentation.
  • Ability to connect easily with subject matter experts to collect and share information.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
