Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and analyze reports using Excel (advanced level required) - Power BI is a plus.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication channels.
  • Support project documentation and ensure data accuracy.



The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Advanced skills in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and fully committed to delivering results.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Italian or French is an asset.
