Stellenbeschreibung

  • Supported senior leadership in a diplomatic institution, handling agenda management, official correspondence, documentation reviews, and internal coordination-mirroring the role's need to support the Treasurer in drafting, revising, and coordinating policy documents.
  • Managed structured administrative processes including records management, document verification, procedural follow‑up, and compliance‑based tasks, directly aligned with duties such as maintaining comparative tables, documenting linkages between policy documents, and managing regulatory references.
  • Coordinated with internal and external stakeholders, authorities, and institutional partners, providing clear communication and structured follow‑up, matching the role's requirement to plan and organize meetings and interactions across sectors.
  • Drafted and prepared official documents, notes, and correspondence within a legal and administrative framework-skills that support the preparation of briefing notes, meeting materials, information circulars, and other documentation for policy revision processes.
  • Experience managing sensitive information and operating with discretion, essential for supporting policy development, internal control processes, and governance‑related tasks.

  • Ability to operate within structured rules, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
