As a Planning Process & System Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting planners operational needs with technology solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for system and process developments and support teams in identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Your role will be key in ensuring smooth collaboration between planning operations and IT systems.

Job Description

  • Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve planning system issues, assist planners with troubleshooting.
  • System Optimization: Implement, configure, and enhance planning tools (SAP SIM, AS400, Kinaxis).
  • Process Design: Map As-Is / To-Be processes, propose improvements, and ensure integration into systems.
  • Master Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and advise on best practices for master data usage.
  • Project Management: Lead small to medium projects (e.g., new production line setup, testing).
  • Training & Change Management: Train key users and support organizational change.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in planning with strong system and process orientation.
  • Expertise in at least one of the following: SAP SIM, AS400, Kinaxis.
  • Solid understanding of planning processes, Master Data Management, and end-to-end flows.
  • Professional English (French is a plus).

  • Strong diplomacy and relationship-building to connect different business functions.
  • Ability to act as a facilitator between operational teams and IT/system experts.
