Job Description

  • Manage calendars and organize appointments.
  • Handle administrative tasks for both personal and professional matters.
  • Act as the main point of contact with banks, insurance companies, and financial partners.
  • Prepare and follow up on payments, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Organize travel arrangements and manage logistics.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality on all sensitive information.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (family office, finance, private clients).
  • Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English.
  • Strong sense of discretion, reliability, and proactivity.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
  • Daily availability, especially in the afternoons, with flexibility to meet the principal's needs.
  • Possibility to work one day per week from home.
