About Our Client

Our client is an international group headquartered in Geneva, currently undergoing cultural and organisational transformation. The organisation is looking to strengthen its People & Learning initiatives within a collaborative and purpose‑driven environment.

Job Description

  • Coordinate the annual learning plan and oversee the deployment of Learning & Development initiatives
  • Design and deliver workshops, training sessions and collective development activities, including leadership‑level facilitation
  • Support managers in structuring and facilitating team moments (team meetings, collaboration rituals, development sessions)
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities, HR communication and cross‑functional people initiatives
  • Support the organisation of internal events such as staff meetings, manager forums, offsites and learning‑related events
  • Ensure the operational execution of L&D activities: logistics, coordination of trainers, communication, LMS updates and administrative follow‑up

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-12 years of experience in Learning & Development, People Development, Facilitation, or HRBP roles with strong L&D responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate workshops, including leadership and team‑based sessions
  • Practice or certification in personality / team development tools (MBTI, DISC, Insights or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills in French (required) and English
  • A structured, reliable and hands‑on approach, suited to a transforming and fast‑moving environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and credibility when interacting with managers and senior stakeholders
  • Experience within an international or multi‑entity organisation is an advantage
