Office Management & Administrative SupportManage day‑to‑day administrative operations: mail handling, insurance matters, interactions with local authorities, contract follow‑ups, and general office administration.Serve as the main point of contact for facility management and external service providers (cleaning, security, catering, maintenance).Oversee office supplies, reception activities, deliveries, and overall office logistics.Coordinate business travel arrangements and visa requests.Support internal event coordination (team meetings, team‑building activities, company celebrations).Handle document management, filing, archiving, and routine administrative tasks.Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls and emails.Prepare and issue customer invoices.2.
