Job Description

The main responsibilities of this role are:

  • A friendly and supportive first point of contact for all staff, students and visitors.
  • Administer the efficiency of the post and mail, from deliveries into pigeon holes.
  • Update all records of visitor log ins.
  • Aid the HR and Estates Officer, ensuring the improvement of service amongst the reception team.
  • Travel arrangement and organisation for the directors.
  • Purchase order and invoicing.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you must:#

  • Experience in assistant work.
  • High level of organisation and standards.
  • Fluency in French and English
