Our client is an international company.
Job Description
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- A friendly and supportive first point of contact for all staff and visitors.
- Administer the efficiency of the post and mail, from deliveries into pigeon holes.
- Update all records of visitor log ins.
- Aid the HR and Estates Officer, ensuring the improvement of service amongst the reception team.
- Travel arrangement and organisation for the directors.
- Purchase order and invoicing.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you must:
- Experience in assistant work & receptionist
- High level of organisation and standards
- Fluency in French and English
- Good business acumen
