About Our Client

For our client, an international Intellectual Property company in Zug with a very motivated and dynamic working environment, is currently looking for an Office All-rounder able to start as soon as possible.

Job Description

  • Welcoming guests and answering phone calls in German and English
  • Handling correspondences and postal runs
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Coordinating and organizing internal events
  • Supporting the Marketing team on preparing internal newsletters and mailings
  • Assisting in on- and off-boarding of employees

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial education
  • 1 or more years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Proactive, organized, flexible and a team player
  • Cheerful person that takes her/his work seriously
