Job Description

As a Microservices Developer, within a team and with permanent discussion with the Business, you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, configuring, and maintaining microservices-based applications (including REST APIs).

You will hence contribute to the modernisation of the mission critical systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural requirements and implement efficient functional solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of microservices through proper design and implementation (JAVA or C#).
  • Troubleshooting and debugging production issues in a timely manner.
  • Implementing best practices and industry standards for microservices architecture.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and trends in microservices development.

The Successful Applicant

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong Java or C# programming skills,
  • In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture principles and patterns.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with gRPC, swagger, and GraphQL.



Strong technical analysis and documentation skills, along with experience in CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and SQL databases, are desired.

Additional experience in API security and front-end frameworks (Vue JS, Angular, or React JS) would be a plus.
