We are looking for an experienced expert for retail marketing tools to join the team as of May (latest June) until at least the end of the year.Job DescriptionPurpose of the RoleThe Senior Specialist - Retail Marketing Tools is responsible for the operational and strategic management of a global portfolio of retail marketing assets. The role ensures consistent, high‑quality delivery of tools used in physical retail environments and acts as a central interface between design, procurement, and regional retail teams. The position focuses on tool development, production governance, cross‑functional project coordination, and continuous process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesTool Development & ProductionLead the end‑to‑end development of retail marketing tools, including coordination of prototypes, sampling rounds, and quality reviews with internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.Portfolio ManagementOversee the global portfolio of retail marketing tools, ensuring standardization, lifecycle management, and alignment with operational and creative requirements.Guarantee consistency and availability of assets across regions.Systems & Process OwnershipBuild and maintain a centralized production platform serving as the single source of truth for technical documentation and ordering information.Provide clear guidelines, documentation, and support to regional teams for tool rollout and procurement processes.Cross-Functional CollaborationSupport project management activities across retail marketing initiatives, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies.Act as a key interface between design, visual merchandising, procurement, and external partners.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance transparency, and improve scalability.Contribute to the development of standardized ways of working across teams and regions.The Successful ApplicantMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail production, visual merchandising implementation, store design operations, or comparable fields.Strong understanding of technical drawings, prototypes, and production specifications.Experience supporting procurement processes, including global vs. regional sourcing considerations.Proven ability to collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers, ensuring both hands‑on execution and structured coordination.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and drive solutions independently.Fluent in English (C1+); German is an advantage.Solid project management experience, including the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and deliver on time.Comfortable working with documentation systems, production platforms, or tool portfolios.What's on OfferInteresting role for a fast growing company with innovative products and attractive storesGlobal impact, need for a quick ramp-up and deliveryQuote job refJN-042026-6987569Job summaryJob FunctionMarketing & AgencySpecialisationRetailIndustryRetailLocationZürichContract TypeInterimJob ReferenceJN-042026-6987569
