Job Description

Operational Duties

  • Enhance governance processes and manage invoice reconciliation for market data services
  • Support accurate forecasting and procurement of market data resources



Business Analysis

  • Design and analyze market data processes, translating business needs into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with design teams on detailed system requirements



Project Involvement

  • Participate in projects, ensuring adherence to deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Contribute to market data optimization and governance initiatives



Change Management

  • Manage changes to market data systems in line with governance protocols



Communication

  • Maintain effective communication with market data teams and relevant business units

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in economics, business administration, or finance
  • 3 years of experience in market data operations within a banking environment
  • Experience with market data providers such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv, proficiency in Excel and SQL is of advantage
  • Strong communication skills and skilled in planning and conducting meetings independently
  • Knowledge of data management, regulatory requirements, and market data technologies (e.g. FIX)
