Job Description

  • Oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 requirements.
  • Drive the implementation of EASA regulatory standards for relevant certifications.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Promote a quality and safety-oriented culture through training, coaching, and internal advocacy.
  • Ensure quality assurance measures are effectively applied to maintain high standards.
  • Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance.
  • Act as an expert consultant in software assurance and safety within the air traffic management sector.
  • Manage and guide a team of quality engineers, ensuring efficient workload distribution and alignment with strategic objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Engineering degree with expertise in Integrated Management Systems.
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and EN9100 (preferred).
  • Experience with EASA certification processes in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset, adaptability, and a results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in the fields of quality, safety, and security.
  • Background in Aerospace or Air Traffic Control is essential.
  • Familiarity with ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, and DO-254 standards.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining flexibility.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally.
