About Our Client

On behalf of our client, a renowned Swiss FMCG company based in Zurich, we are recruiting a Logistics Systems Specialist (m/f/d).

Job Description

The selected candidate will drive the implementation, optimization, and support of logistics and P2P operational capabilities across global warehouse environments by carrying out the following task areas:

  • Leads warehouse implementation activities, including UAT, go‑lives, and post‑launch stabilization
  • Coordinates cross‑functional efforts to resolve process and system gaps during testing and hypercare
  • Supports new warehouse rollouts by ensuring operational readiness and smooth process stabilization
  • Oversees the rollout and improvement of automated stock adjustment interfaces and contributes to full‑automation requirements
  • Supports ERP regression testing automation for inbound, transfer, and stock management processes
  • Represents logistics and P2P capabilities in cross‑functional projects, ensuring aligned requirements
  • Collaborates with technology teams to refine system functionalities and strengthen operational solutions
  • Investigates root causes of operational or system issues and drives timely resolutions across teams

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics, business analysis, or similar operations roles, with strong knowledge of P2P and logistics processes and a solid understanding of how these activities support overall business strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, makes independent decisions, and is comfortable using advanced analytics tools as well as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Proven track record in working with ERP systems (ideally Dynamics 365) and a basic understanding of WMS solutions
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • A hands-on mentality and proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to assess and improve supply chain performance
