Job Description

Key responsabilities:

* Lead multi-jurisdictional financing transactions from term sheet through execution.

* Negotiate and draft high-value financing agreements: loan facilities, security packages, tax leases, and hedging instruments.

* Oversee shipbuilding, supervision, and vessel delivery documentation.

* Advise on vessel sale & purchase (MOAs, delivery conditions, documentation).

* Act as senior legal counterpart to commercial, technical, and financial leadership teams.

* Manage external counsel, banks, ECAs, and shipyard negotiations.

* Enhance internal governance: compliance monitoring, documentation control, and operational processes

The Successful Applicant

Profile & Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years PQE in asset, ship, project, or structured finance.

* Demonstrated capability in negotiating complex cross-border financing structures.

* Legal qualification required; UK qualification strongly preferred

* Outstanding drafting ability and mastery of English; French considered an advantage.

* Strong executive presence, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skills.

* Willingness to relocate to Geneva; EU or Swiss citizenship preferred
