Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal department.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage and organize legal files and records.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm, bank, or luxury industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
