Key Account Sales Manager with Flavour experience

About Our Client

- Grow the business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
- Assume lead role for all activities for designated accounts of the company
- Cultivate customer relationships with key decision-makers, positioning our client as a preferred supplier
- Design, communicate and implement strategic account development plans, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts, with clear goals
- Develop a deep understanding of customer potential through analysis of brand strategies, positioning, SWOT and competitive analysis
- Manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans
- Defend base business in key markets and with key customers
- Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing and rebates
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for an agile, dynamic candidate. Hungry and eager to develop business and manage the entire B2B part. The ideal candidate is used to deal with a high level of complexity. Furthermore you will have a food affinity which will be key to success in this role.
- Fluent German is a must (preferable Swiss German)
- Swiss Market experience
- B2B/B2C experience
- High market understanding
- outstanding communication skills
- Understanding of complexity
- Sales Hunter mentality
- FMCG background
- Flavour experience is a big advantage
