Our client is a global and well-known corporation within the cosmetic industry.
Job Description
In this Key Account Director position, you will be in charge of developing and strengthening the relation with our key clients on the assigned market.You will be the key responsible person to transform commercial offers into effective contracts. You will manage, grow and develop a retail sales team of specialists.You main missions (non-exhaustive) will be the following:
- Analyze, identify and develop the key factors of growth for the brand
- Analyze various KPI's : Sell in, Sell out, stocks, market shares and be responsive for a P&L
- Build and negotiate key strategic contracts with clients in your scope
- Work closely on the trade marketing and sales training plan to offer a better client experience
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders toward the same goals : marketing. Logistic, IT, finance and sales
- Develop an on-site retail team of specialists: recruit, train, evaluate and empower them
- Work on the digitization of the process to strengthen the client relations
- Drive the change: share the vision with your team, clients and internal stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- You speak French, English & German (C1)
- You have at least a Bachelor's degree in related fields: (Business, Data Management…)
- You bring >10 year's experience in a similar environment (FMCG, Retail, Cosmetics, Luxury…)
- You have a Key Account Manager's signifiicant experience in dealing with key clients on a global scope
- You are experienced in managing and developing a team
- You have a prior experience in a changing and fast-moving environment.
- You are a fine negotiator; you empower people around you to reach your targets
- You are broad-minded, flexible, agile and resilient person
