About Our Client

Our client is an independent, performance-driven hedge fund focused on European equities.

Job Description



  • Acting as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors, ensuring timely, clear, and high-quality communications;


  • Supporting capital raising efforts across institutional, family office, and wealth management channels - through both direct outreach and collaboration with our distribution partner;


  • Preparing and coordinating investor materials, including factsheets, reports, DDQs, pitchbooks, and regulatory documentation;


  • Maintaining and enhancing the investor CRM, tracking outreach, meetings, and follow-ups;


  • Collaborating with internal teams (investment, legal, operations) and external partners to deliver a seamless onboarding and servicing experience;


  • Representing the firm at investor meetings and industry events;


  • Contributing to strategic initiatives around branding, communications, and investor engagement;


  • Link with other internal departments;
  • Participating in the day to day in the office.

The Successful Applicant

  • Superior academic background in Finance, Economy or Management;


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in investor relations, business development, or capital raising at a hedge fund, placement agent, fund-of-funds, or wealth management firm;


  • Strong communication skills and professional maturity; able to engage credibly with sophisticated investors;


  • Familiarity with hedge fund strategies - especially long/short equity; experience with UCITS is a strong plus;


  • Commercial drive and intellectual curiosity - someone who thrives in a small, entrepreneurial team;


  • Fluent in English; French or another European language is a plus Comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, CRMs, and virtual data rooms;


  • Willingness to travel and represent the firm externally;
  • Swiss residence or ability to get a valid Swiss working permit.
