About Our Client

Our client is a family office that is focused on many different asset classes, including Private Equity. They are located in the heart of Zurich and have ambitious plans to grow.

Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate investment transactions and the overall investment structure, including the setup and liquidation of investment vehicles
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly bookkeeping records and annual financial statements
  • Prepare investment valuations, generate monthly reports, and conduct ad-hoc analyses
  • Coordinate the annual audit process for our investment vehicles
  • Liaise with external partners, including auditors, administrators, and other third-party service providers
  • Lead and drive projects aimed at optimizing existing processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Higher education with a focus on Finance
  • At least 3 years of experience in controlling, ideally within the Financial Services industry and/or as an investment controller
  • Strong interest and/or knowledge in financial products
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills
  • Self-starter with a team player mentality
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
