We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of payroll across all EMEA regions, managing all related processes, deadlines, and post-payroll activities while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate will support cross-functional teams, contribute to process improvements, handle payroll queries, and collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payrolls across assigned EMEA countries
  • Collect, validate, and organize payroll data in a structured and compliant manner
  • Manage monthly payroll schedules, deadlines, and task tracking
  • Support post-payroll activities such as payments, reporting, and reconciliations
  • Respond to payroll-related queries and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain and update payroll process documentation, creating new procedures as required
  • Support payroll and HR Operations-related projects as needed
  • Assist with internal and external reporting, audits, and compliance checks
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all payroll data
  • Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external payroll vendors to ensure quality and compliance
  • Identify and suggest improvements to payroll processes, tools, and data flow across HR, Payroll, and Finance systems

Anforderungsprofil

  • Experience in a similar payroll role, ideally with outsourced payroll providers
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to interact confidently with external vendors and colleagues at all levels
  • A structured, process-driven mindset with strong planning capabilities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills when facing new challenges
  • Highly organized, able to manage deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable working with various software systems and proficient in spreadsheets/formulas
  • Fluent in English
