Job Description

In this role, you will be involved in both strategic and operational purchasing activities:



  • Define and manage the supplier panel for indirect categories.


  • Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.


  • Conduct sourcing activities and supplier audits.


  • Manage purchase orders and follow-up, ensuring compliance and delivery.


  • Handle claims, lead negotiations on pricing, general and specific conditions.


  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs and provide value.

The Successful Applicant



  • Education: Degree in Business, complemented with a Master's in Purchasing / Supply Chain. An Industrial Engineering background may also be considered if combined with relevant purchasing experience.


  • Experience: Junior-level position, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in indirect procurement (industrial or non-industrial).


  • Languages: Excellent command of English and French is mandatory.


  • Experience in luxury, retail, cosmetics or related sectors will be highly valued.


  • Strong interpersonal skills: proactive, curious, fast learner, and service-oriented towards internal clients.
