We're looking for a Junior Broker to join our team and grow within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Job Description



What you'll do:



  • Support senior managers in daily operations and client interactions


  • Source and match business opportunities across global markets


  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients and prospects


  • Conduct market research and provide insight to support trading decisions


  • Prepare offers, contracts, and documentation in coordination with legal and operations teams



The Successful Applicant

Your profile:



  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) - additional languages are a plus


  • Strong reactivity, appetite for fast-moving environments, and a genuine interest in the commodities sector, particularly in the Swiss market


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


  • Commercial mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn


  • Resilient, organized, and proactive


  • A first experience in brokerage or commodity trading is strongly preferred


  • A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is an asset
