For our client, a global company in commodities, we are looking for a proactive and flexible Team Assistant to support one of their departments in Baar. The position is temporary for 9 months with June as the expected starting date.

Job Description

  • Handling schedules and calendars
  • Managing invoices and expenses
  • Coordinating events and meetings; including taking minutes and preparing memos
  • Preparing travel arrangements; including flights, accommodations and visas
  • Providing general administrative support as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Successfully completed further education in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong user of MS Office, SharePoint and DocuSign
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude
  • Able to work independently with a proactive approach
