Job Description
- Be the first point of contact for IT support (resolving helpdesk requests)
- In charge of IT support Level 1 & 2 and escalating to 3 when necessary
- Manage Azure and O365
- Diagnose and resolve issues concerning printers, videoconferencing devices (Microsoft Teams, Zoom...)
- Offer assistance to users in effectively utilizing IT equipment and software
- Record all IT support activities and resolutions in the company's IT helpdesk system
- Work closely with the Global IT team to implement IT projects and enhancements across the organization
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Admin or IT support role
- Strong knowledge of O365 and in administering Azure
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware issues, including printers and videoconferencing devices such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- knowledge of system security, including intrusion detection systems, and data backup/recovery
- Customer-focused approach, capable of delivering high-quality support to users with varying technical abilities
- Strong communication skills with fluency in French and very good level of English
