Job Description

  • Provide first and second-level IT support to users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Help managing and maintaining server infrastructure, including server management, SCCM, virtual machines, and Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Support and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
  • Provide VIP support to executive team members, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent and reliable IT services across all locations.
  • Document and maintain IT support procedures and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in IT projects and initiatives as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably within the financial sector (banking, trading, insurance, financial services).
  • Strong knowledge of system administration, including server management, SCCM, virtual machines, and Active Directory.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide high-quality VIP support and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
