On behalf of our client, a global leader in providing precision instruments and services, we are recruiting an IT Contract Administrator to support the IT Vendor Management Team, in charge of managing activities related to the establishment of renewal of service contract between the digital business services and its vendors.

The assignment will be an unlimited temporary one to start as soon as possible.

Depending on the selected candidate's performance and motivation, the possibility of being taken over permanently is given.


As part of a multicultural, dynamic team you will be responsible for supporting and managing the IT contracts. The following position is a hybrid position as you will be working with different internal departments. The following tasks will be requested from you:

  • Reviewing IT contract renewals as well as reviewing and confirming existing contract terms to corporate standards and company goals
  • Close collaboration with internal and external departments
  • Supporting the digital business serves with market survey activities and proactively triggering timely contract renewal process renewal process, contract improvement initiatives, or other activities along the vendor contract lifecycle
  • Communicating with vendor regarding notices, terminations, and potential escalations
  • Hosting quarterly review meeting with vendors to assessing progress on service delivery belong to the tasks as supporting digital business services organization overall on improving vendor contract management processes


In order to be considered for the role, you should have:

  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, legal or similar
  • At least 1-2 years of solid working experience in administration with IT products or services
  • Knowledge of contract law and/or procurement practices and familiarity with legal requirements and terms of use are required
  • Fluency in English, German is a benefit
  • Good understanding of IT processes and technologies
  • Proficient user in the common MS Office programs
  • Ability to work productively independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a global and fast-moving environment (cultural awareness)
  • Detail oriented and structured way of working
