About Our Client

Job Description

As an IT Agile Coach, you will work at the heart of technology teams to:

Support the implementation and maturity of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent)

Coach IT teams (Dev, QA, DevOps, BA, PO, etc.) on Agile practices, delivery, and continuous improvement

Challenge and support Product Owners and Scrum Masters

Facilitate key rituals (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.)

Promote a product-oriented, business-value-focused, and performance-driven culture

Identify organizational impediments and propose improvement initiatives

Support IT management in scaling Agile across the organization

The Successful Applicant

Mandatory Technical BackgroundStrong technical IT background is required

Solid understanding of software development environments and application architectures

Knowledge of IT delivery cycles (SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, etc.)

Ability to interact with technical teams credibly and pragmaticallyKey SkillsProven experience in Agile coaching within IT environments

Mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)

Experience in international, matrixed organizations

Excellent facilitation and communication skills

Natural leadership and coaching presence

Ability to engage with technical stakeholders and senior management

Fluent English is mandatory (international environment)

French is a plus
