About Our Client

For our client, a Geneva-based family office investing across public and private markets, including equities, fixed income, hedge funds, venture capital, real estate, and other alternative assets, we are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join the investment team.

Job Description

  • Monitor client portfolios, rebalance as needed, communicate updates to clients,and participate in client update calls
  • Conduct detailed investment analysis on individual securities, funds, private investments, and client-specific exposures
  • Monitor and track investments across asset classes, ensuring proper execution and compliance across multiple custodians and jurisdictions
  • Review and track investments in the portfolio consolidation system, ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity
  • Prepare investment reports and presentations for internal reviews and client discussions
  • Participate in investment research, staying up to date on macroeconomic trends,financial markets, and emerging investment opportunities
  • Support due diligence efforts for external fund managers, co-investments, and direct investments

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in finance, investment management, or banking
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data and present clear conclusions
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel
  • Experience with financial research tools, including Bloomberg and other industry platforms
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
  • A CFA designation or progress towards one is highly preferred
